These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) govern the contractual relationship between Sunset Madiorano, located in Madiorano, 601 Tuléar, Madagascar, and any individual or legal entity wishing to make a reservation or benefit from the services offered by the establishment.

2. Reservations

3. Rates and Payment

• Rates: Prices are quoted in Malagasy Ariary (AR) and include all applicable taxes.

• Payment Methods: We accept payments in cash, by bank transfer, and by credit card.

• Balance: The balance of the stay is payable upon arrival.

4. Responsibilities

• Client: The client is responsible for any damage caused within the establishment.

• Establishment: Sunset Madiorano accepts no responsibility for loss, theft, or damage to clients’ personal belongings.

5. Dining and Activities

• Restaurant: Meals and drinks are not included in the room rate unless otherwise stated.

• Activities: Some activities offered may be subject to weather conditions or specific restrictions.

6. Personal Data

Information collected during the reservation is used solely for processing and remains confidential.

7. Disputes

In the event of a dispute, the parties agree to seek an amicable solution. Failing this, Malagasy courts shall have jurisdiction.
